Qualifier, Sorana Cirstea has progressed to the final of the Budapest Grand Prix. The young Romanian has defeated Karin Knapp 3-6 6-4 6-3 in the semi final.

The other finalist is 6th seed Gisela Dulko who was too good for wildcard Agnes Szavay 6-2 6-1.

Dulko will be chasing her 1st singles tour title in her 3rd finals appearance. Cirstea will also be chasing her 1st singles title.

This will be the 2nd meeting between these two. Dulko won there previous encounter in Zurich last year 6-4 6-2. Should be a great final.
