8th seed Marion Bartoli has upset 4th seed Elena Dementieva 6-1 6-0 in the quarterfinals at the International Women's Open. She now has the tough task of facing Justine Henin in the semi finals.
Top seed Justine Henin was in devastating form as she breezed past talented 5th seed Nicole Vaidisova 6-2 6-2.
"We will see what happens on grass in the future but you take a bit of time to get used to it. I grew up on clay but I have great qualities to play on grass.
"My game is getting better all the time. I trust myself on grass, but will it be good enough to win Wimbledon? I don't know."
3rd seed Nadia Petrova is also into the semis after a tough 3 set victory over 9th seed Sybille Bammer 6-7 7-5 6-4.
The final semi finalist is 2nd seed Amelie Mauresmo who defeated 6th seed Shahar Peer 6-3 6-4.
The semi final draw is:
Justine Henin v Marion Bartoli. This is only the 2nd meeting between these two. Henin won there only encounter at Toronto back in 2003, 6-3 6-3.
Nadia Petrova v Amelie Mauresmo. This is the 10th meeting between these two with Mauresmo holding a 5-4 advantage. They lats met in Paris this year where Petrova won 5-7 6-4 7-6.
